81373 Asylum something from Jakethesnake. The label says asylum premium 50x6. That's all I know about this cigar and brand. Gonna wait till halfway before looking it up. Band has a silver skull with wings and a very dark red heart in the skull.
Very dry feeling and looking fairly rustic but delicate appearing wrapper notably lightweight in my hand. Threw it on my scale for shiggles, only weighs 12g. Had a aaa battery nearby so I threw that on the scale - 12g. It's very very light.
First light fairly dry, peanut shells. First inch fairly dry, woody, like peanut shells. Very light body, dry texture.
It's burning surprisingly slow despite the light weight and open draw. Did touchup once after first ash drop. It reminds me of something I've had recently. I'll think about it maybe remember by my next edit.
After 2nd ash drop it woke up. Peanut shells are gone, it's more cedar and spice a little earthy and I'll bet its a Honduran habano reminds me of the Aladino habano from palama. Maybe a corojo, there's a little more sweetness on the finish and less woodiness but the peanut shells to start making me think habano.
I accidentally started puffing too fast and it let me know to slow down. Draw is still pretty open but it's improved.
Got halfway and took a while to find this cigar online. Guess its just called the 50x6. It's not Honduran, but Nicaraguan, but it is made by CLE and habano wrapper so I'm not too far off.
Overall I'd smoke another but wouldn't buy another. Wasn't bad, didn't make it move. Don't regret spending an hour with this lightweight.
