83, 162: A Fuente Rosado Sungrown Magnum aka R44 with thanks to PAPAWHISKEY

PapaWhiskey has given me a proper introduction to Fuente Gran Reserva line. This Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper has a mild white pepper backbone all the way through. Cedar and notes of coffee up front. Occasional hits of mild cinnamon in the back half, occasional smattering of vanilla in the middle third that bounces off a waffle cone retro with toasted grain in the mix. The last third had more twang and molasses for a stronger ending. I thought this cigar was pretty mellow right up into the final third where it picked up a little. Very nice experience. I think it might be a bit light or mellow for my taste but it was the last cigar of the day after a big ribeye steak. Thanks, Pete for another terrific smoke.

83164 - CAO Nicaragua corona gorda. I bought these a couple of years ago. The first one I had was bloody awful, so I just put them away. The second one was better. This one was rather enjoyable.
