Polpetta is in the same vein as the Liga Papas Fritas. Mixed filler. Cuts from their premium and added long filler. Lots of brothers have issue with the prices and I might also. I did get these in a 5er for $25 and that was a great point to give it a shot. I posted simple impressions in the azzhats 1000000 thread that hit some of your points. I think they would benefit from a few months rest, but were not wasted on an immediate smoke. I think there's meat on them bones.

Overall i feel they are hiding a bit complexity that could mature with a little rest. I would buy again at $5ea
