don’t know the details of what led to your encounter with law enforcement regarding the matter. Nor am I interested in hearing your side. I worked in law enforcement long enough to know there are ALWAYS two sides to every story and the truth lies somewhere between them. But from what information has been available to me it seems it’s consistent with how you conduct yourself here which that of a person who attacks those with whom you don’t see eye to eye.

In terms of how the “board” views me that also is of no concern to me. For better or worse I am who I am and I live my life the way I see fit. If someone has a problem then they are free to block my comments. If someone disagrees with me, fine. I understand that people will disagree over all sorts of ideas. So I won’t lose a moment’s sleep either way.

Here's the real truth you (and a lot of guys here don't know, fail to remember or want to forget because it destroys your narrative) want to skip right on over. What lead to the engineered fight with my son was the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday and our house was going to be invaded with 25 visiting relatives and guests. My typical teenage son was tasked with picking up the (literally) mountain of clothes strewn from the pool bath through the hallway and into his room that day. I got back from work and it was untouched. I told him to pick it up and he sat on his futon in his room still playing his video game. I started in the pool bath and gathered up all the clothes...once I had an armful I was shuffling the clothes with my feet all the into his room and threw the arm full into the room disconnecting his controller in the process. I didn't care what he was doing I told him to do a very simple task and he went ballistic yelling screaming and that's when he started hitting me. All I did was wrap up his hands into my armpits and block his kicks as he really felt he was going to get past cleaning up what I told him to do. The ex (whom I had no idea was carrying on an affair with a coworker) called the police. They were called to the house and when they do "someone" is going to jail. She was making a hysterical fit about the entire episode that they believed her fantastical story. She even scratched my face and slapped me when they handcuffed me out of the house...for my safety they told me! Now, this is where it gets good and perhaps you'll finally remember this part...she wanted him to press charges and he refused. She was in the asst county attorney's office raising hell and my son calmly told the story about how I didn't hit him. He was hitting me. She was furious. Fast forward in between Thanksgiving and Christmas and the lid blew off about her affair. She, being the repugnant individual she is (prolly always was too! Just hid it well) stated if I didn't move out of the house she was calling the cops again and stated I was molesting my daughter. Yeah, my daughter that is mentally and physically handicapped from the ravages of Spina Bifida. I took care of her night and day and she's the apple of my eye. She was serious so I moved out to an apartment close to my home and filed for divorce before the week was over. Hold on to your hat because this is the double middle finger to you and anyone else that wants to push that sleaze narrative and feel it carries weight over me...less than 2 weeks of moving out of the house I get a knock on my apartment door. It was my son. He came in and we had dinner. He told me the entire backstory of what happened and asked for my forgiveness. He also asked if he could move in with me as living there was unbearable. She had moved her boyfriend in, refused for days to shower my daughter and would leave her in her wheelchair asleep until he would go in and get her into bed a task I did every day of her life up until then. I petitioned the court for visitation and it was granted. I was in a single bedroom apartment with my son occupying the "dining room" as his bedroom with partitions made up like walls for privacy and literally bathing my daughter on my bed with wash clothes, sponges and salad bowls because the bathroom was not ADA compliant and there was no way to safely make it for her to use the shower/bath. My son stayed with me throughout the year and a half divorce proceeding that was detailed here in a post I was chronicling because it was therapy for me dealing with the roughest (more so than dealing with brain cancer) and lowest point of my life. My daughter would come and visit every Friday (arriving late) and stay until Sunday (leaving as early as possible sometimes before 1PM) while we tried to maintain a family life. So, you and the nasty individuals thought you all had some deep dark secret that you could carry over me and really believe I was the kind of person that would hit my own kids....surprise...but YOU already knew that. YOU chose to drag that out again. YOU don't have jack squat on me or my character. All YOU did was show what a low life man you are. All the other crap you pulled...meh. DGAF...you're basically dead to me and I really hope everyone can see YOU for the POS YOU are for sinking to this low to drag this point in my life that defines me not. Have no fear...there's people here and that have left here that know what happened because they were there beside me, uplifting me and checking up on me during that low point. The thing that left we puzzled was why she hung around for almost 25 years (we were literally weeks away) or even bothered to marry me. Oh well, not my monkey and not my circus. The ONLY time I have ever interacted with you in the presence of a witness was when I was in Tampa for a class back in 2018 or 2019 when you, Robert and I got together in the early evening in Orlando. As I recall that herf lasted about an hour because as you had an hour or more drive home. There was little time to talk and I'm sure we didn't use that short time to discuss your encounter with law enforcement.

Other than that you and I have talked on the phone maybe a half dozen times.

There are always two sides to every story. Usually when someone tells a story they tell it a way that shows them in the best light possible especially when it involves them being arrested. So absent a full copy of the court file including things like an affidavit of probable cause, witness statements and narratives of any follow-up investigation all we have is your version. Maybe this is accurate. Maybe this is a complete fabrication.

I could care less what anyone thinks of me. I’m not Stuart Smalley so I don’t need daily, hourly, by the minute or by the second affirmations.
