Outgoing President Joe Biden donned a red Trump campaign hat while grinning in Pennsylvania on Wednesday, one day after the presidential debate when former President Donald Trump said Biden “hates” Vice President Kamala Harris.

“He [Biden] hates her [Kamala]!” Trump said during the debate. “He can’t stand her.”

“But he had 14 million votes,” Trump added. “They threw them out. She got zero votes.”

The White House claimed Biden wore the hat to show “bipartisan unity.”

There's More on Biden Wearing That Trump Hat in Shanksville - and It's Hilarious

We wrote earlier about the story of Joe Biden going to Shanksville, Pennsylvania, to commemorate 9/11. That's the spot where Flight 93 went down when the passengers heroically tried to take back the plane. Biden visited with first responders and their families at the fire station.

Then came this funny report out of the exchange — that Biden somehow ended up with a Trump hat on his head.

In addition to the fun of it being a Trump hat, the way he wears it is reminiscent of Mike Dukakis and the helmet.

Now, there's more on the back story, and it's pretty funny.

Biden apparently offered one of the local men, a Trump supporter, a presidential hat. He then said he had to have the man's hat, the Trump hat. The frank exchange was hilarious.

Biden said he would autograph the hat he offered the man.

The man, who clearly was a humorist, needled him, "You remember your name?"

Biden replied, "I don't remember my name, I'm too old."

"You're an old fart," the man teased.

"You Be Quiet When I Speak" - Angry Biden Blasts Foreign Reporter



President Joe Biden threw his pledge of decency out of the window on Sunday when a British reporter asked about Russian threats of a potential war with the U.S.

Biden - about to converse with British Prime Minister Keir Starmer - showed no interest in the question and told the reporter to hush.

“I say you be quiet when I speak, okay? That’s what I say. Good idea?” Biden rudely said while sitting in front of Starmer and next to Secretary of State Antony Blinken and National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan.

The reporter, presumably a member of the British press corps traveling with Starmer, reiterated his question despite Biden’s berating.

“But what do you say to Vladimir Putin’s threat of war, sir? It’s a serious threat,” the journalist pressed, referring to Putin’s warning that any U.S. approval of long-range weapons for Ukraine could lead to war with Russia.

“You gotta be quiet and I’m going to make a statement, okay?" Biden responded, turning back to Starmer and welcoming him to the White House.

This incident - first reported by the New York Post - is part of Biden’s pattern of berating reporters who ask pointed questions.

He previously referred to Peter Doocy, a White House correspondent for Fox News, as a “stupid son of a b*tch.” Doocy’s question about whether inflation was a “political liability” for the 2022 midterms triggered Biden’s anger.

In February 2024, Biden lashed out at Doocy during a press conference discussing Special Counsel Robert Hur’s findings on Biden’s mishandling of classified documents. Hur cited Biden’s weak memory as a factor in recommending against criminal prosecution.

“How bad is your memory and can you continue as president,” Doocy asked, referencing Hur’s findings.

Biden then retorted, “My memory is so bad I let you speak.”

Seemingly taking cues from her boss, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre on Friday berated Newsmax’s James Rosen for challenging her on Haitian nationals.

“Not everybody wants to hear the sound of your voice, sir,” she rudely told Rosen.

This behavior, though unsurprising, contradicts Biden’s purported pledge to restore “decency” and “respect” to the White House if elected in 2020.

Biden's Department Of Energy Short On Cash To Refill SPR At Low Prices



The price of the U.S. WTI crude oil has finally stayed in the low $70s per barrel for a sustainable period of time, allowing the Biden Administration to ramp up the refill of the Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR), which it had said would do at prices of $79 a barrel or below.

WTI Crude is now at $70 per barrel as of Tuesday morning, after spending days below that threshold.

But the Energy Department has just $841 million left to buy crude for the SPR, Bloomberg reported on Tuesday, citing an estimate by ClearView Energy Partners, a consulting firm. That money would be enough to buy only around 12 million barrels of crude at today’s prices, per Bloomberg’s calculations.

This would be a drop in the ocean, considering that the SPR is only just over half full compared to its capacity of 700 million barrels.

DOE's Office of Petroleum Reserves has recently announced a call for bids to supply up to 1.5 million barrels of oil to the Bayou Choctaw site in January 2025. An additional solicitation will follow on August 12, 2024, for another 2 million barrels destined for the Bryan Mound site, also for delivery in January 2025.

The replenishment strategy comes in the wake of the SPR's critical role in stabilizing the market during global supply disruptions, notably the release of more than 180 million barrels of oil from the SPR starting in 2021, as gasoline prices remained high. The Department of Treasury claims that these releases, along with coordinated international efforts, helped reduce gasoline prices by up to 40 cents per gallon in 2022.

The SPR currently houses 375 million barrels of crude—a figure that is 263 million barrels less than oil in the SPR at the beginning of President Joe Biden’s term in office. The SPR, capable of storing as many as 714 million barrels of crude oil, is kept in underground salt caverns at four sites in Texas and Louisiana and was designed to protect the economy and American livelihoods during oil shortages.

Cover-Up: Ex-Border Patrol Chief Says He Was Instructed By Biden-Harris Admin To Hide Terrorist Encounters



In a scathing revelation before Congress, former San Diego Sector Border Patrol Chief Aaron Heitke accused the Biden-Harris administration of covering up a sharp rise in encounters with suspected terrorists at the U.S.-Mexico border.

During a House Committee on Homeland Security hearing titled "A Country Without Borders: How Biden-Harris' Open-Borders Policies Have Undermined Our Safety and Security," Heitke said he was muzzled from releasing critical information on the number of Special Interest Aliens (SIAs) — individuals with known or suspected ties to terrorism — apprehended in California.

“I was told I could not release any information on this increase in SIAs or mention any of the arrests,” Heitke testified. “The administration was trying to convince the public there was no threat at the border.”

According to Heitke, arrests of individuals with terror ties skyrocketed under President Joe Biden’s watch. The former Border Patrol chief revealed that before 2021, his sector had apprehended between 10 to 15 SIAs annually. By 2022, that number had shot up to over 100, with even more recorded in 2023.

“Once word was out that the border was far easier to cross, San Diego went to over 100 SIAs in 2022, well over that in 2023, and even more than that registered this year. These are only the ones we caught,” Heitke warned, ABC3340 reports.

The bombshell testimony raises serious questions about national security, as Heitke further claimed the Biden administration allowed some illegal border crossers to settle in local communities ill-equipped to handle the influx. San Diego County Supervisor Jim Desmond, who also testified, slammed the administration for offloading the costs of transporting these individuals onto local taxpayers.

Rep. Clay Higgins, R-La., chairman of the subcommittee on Border Security and Enforcement, didn’t mince words during the hearing, calling the current situation a "self-inflicted border crisis" and a "threat to the homeland from within the homeland," Just the News reports.

"By ending effective Trump-era policies and programs that protected us, the Biden-Harris administration has intentionally left us vulnerable to potential attacks from terrorists and criminals who are freely moving around our communities," Higgins said.

The testimony paints a damning picture of the administration's border policies, which critics argue have left the U.S. exposed to dangerous threats. U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), which operates under the Department of Homeland Security, has been in the spotlight for its handling of the escalating crisis. CBP Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, however, defended the administration’s actions in a recent interview, saying the changes were designed to address a years-long backlog in asylum hearings.

"As the backlog has grown and grown, their, essentially, trial date, if you will — the date on which they will make their ultimate merits claim — is set years and years away. That was the status quo," he said.

"These are not just undocumented migrants seeking a better life," Heitke testified. "These are individuals with ties to terrorist organizations. And we’re not catching all of them."

With border apprehensions on the rise and the stakes higher than ever, the Biden administration faces mounting pressure to restore security and transparency at the southern border before it's too late.

First lady Jill Biden did most of the talking Friday at the public portion of what may be President Biden’s final cabinet meeting — just hours before she hosted a large Rose Garden celebration without him.

The 73-year-old first lady, widely regarded as the most powerful in over a century, was seated at the head of the Cabinet Room’s board table and read from a binder about women’s health initiatives for four-and-a-half minutes after her husband spoke for just two minutes at the top of the meeting.

“Before I begin this Cabinet meeting, I want to discuss very briefly the need for Congress to pass a continued resolution. It’s critical, we have 10 days for Congress to pass a short term funding bill,” said the president, 81.

“This Cabinet meeting comes at a time when we have four months left in the administration, and we’re going to keep running through the tape because the vice president and I are determined to keep making sure that the democracy delivers what the American people are asking for,” added Biden, who has taken extensive vacation time in the final stretch of his term.

“We’re grateful that Jill is here today — I heard that clapping, it wasn’t for me,” he went on. “Across previous administrations, first ladies have attended these meetings for specific reasons. This is the first time Jill has joined us, and it goes to show how important the issue is, which she is about to speak to.”

“It’s all yours, kid,” the 46th president signed off.

The first lady, wearing oversized clear-rimmed glasses and reading from a binder of notes, touted a list of recent women’s health-related funding allocations and executive-agency initiatives.

Attendees were given folders of notes whose covers were emblazoned with Jill’s signature alongside her husband’s — drawing online ridicule.

“Wow. A visibly exhausted Joe Biden just held a full Cabinet meeting for the first time in 11 months and immediately turned the mic over to his wife,” tweeted Steve Cortes, an ex-adviser to former President Donald Trump.

Jill Biden’s office has held strong sway in the West Wing, especially before other national Democrats forced the president to relinquish the party’s nomination on July 21 over concerns about his mental acuity, resulting in Vice President Kamala Harris’ sudden substitution at the top of the Democratic ticket.

Although Biden insisted Friday he’d be “running through the tape” of his term, the president has been on vacation for two-thirds of all days over the past month — first at a donor’s ranch in California and then at his Delaware homes.

Jill Biden is considered by insiders to be the most influential first lady since Edith Wilson, who tightly controlled access to her husband, President Woodrow Wilson, after he suffered a debilitating stroke in October 1919.

Her tenure hasn’t been without controversy — drawing outrage from White House aides for tolerating alleged bullying and sexual harassment from her top aide Anthony Bernal, whom she calls her “work husband.”

The first lady’s role in the Cabinet meeting led to striking images of her commanding the room as she spoke about various federal agencies.

“In February, ARPA-H, the agency Joe created to pursue breakthrough health research at lightning speed, launched its first ever sprint for women’s health,” Jill Biden said in her presentation.

“The $100 million investment will fund innovations that will be life changing for women. Then a month later, NIH committed another $200 million to fund interdisciplinary women’s health research — for example, looking at how menopause affects heart health, brain health and food health.

“In May, the Department of Defense and the VA launched a new joint effort to improve research for women in the military and for women veterans. On Monday, I’ll be at the Clinton Global Initiative to make a new announcement, and we will share more.

“Then, in June, the Department of Health and Human Health Services announced new funding to address the unique mental health and substance use treatment needs of women. Your agencies are strengthening standards so that when the government funds research it includes women.”

The first lady directed the Cabinet secretaries that “we have to keep working across government and the private sector to incentivize innovative health research for women.”

“It’s time to write a new story of health care in this country, one where women get the answers we need, where the United States continues to be home to the most cutting-edge research in the world, and where everyone can live healthier lives,” she concluded.

Later in the day, Jill Biden will host actors from the TV series “The West Wing” to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the show’s launch in 1999. The series ran on NBC until 2006 and has a strong following among current Biden White House aides.

The president is leaving the White House in the early afternoon to return to his Wilmington, Del., home for a weekend summit with the leaders of the “Quad” — Australia, India and Japan — with scant public events for that international gathering sparking protests from the White House press corps.

They ignored him setting up the fiasco of their creating. They wanted to taint him with the wiff of INSURRECTION, but what we just witnessed the DNC do...THAT was an insurrection. A coup of epic American proportions. Lefty now has to vote on someone they didn't select and like it. US Border Agents Find RPGs & IEDs Near Southern Border Amid "Internal Alert" Of "Drastic Escalation" In Weaponry Used By Cartels



An alarming battle between rival factions of the Sinaloa drug cartel has unfolded in northwestern Mexico, near the Biden-Harris administration's open southern border. The risk of spillover continues to increase as US Border Patrol agents recently discovered a weapons cache of shoulder-fired rocket launchers and improvised explosive devices just across from the Arizona border.

"4 RPGs and 8 IEDs along with a large amount of ammo discovered in a scout site in Mexico just across the Arizona border which butts up against the Ajo area of operation within the Tucson Sector," NewsNation's border correspondent Ali Bradley wrote on X on Monday afternoon.

Bradley said, "Border Patrol agents are being warned of the "drastic escalation" in weaponry being used on the south side of the border—According to an internal alert obtained through sources."

"The fighting within the Sinaloa cartel, spilling over the border with multiple instances of armed men showing up to the southern border in the same area fleeing into the US for safety," she added.

The eruption in violence near the border is infighting within the Sinaloa cartel, between groups known as the "Mayos" and the "Chapos". This first began when authorities arrested Joaquín Guzmán López and Ismael "El Mayo" Zambada in July.

A tsunami of violence has since been reported, with President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador blaming Zambada's arrest on the US.

Last Friday, US Ambassador Ken Salazar rejected AMLO's claim, saying, "What is being seen in Sinaloa is not the fault of the United States," adding the US cannot be held responsible for "the massacres that we see in different places."

What's clear is that cartels are quickly becoming militarized while the Biden-Harris team prided themselves with open southern borders. Meanwhile, Venezuelan prison gangs are running amok in the US, and a new bombshell hearing on Capitol Hill last week revealed Biden-Harris covered up the sharp rise in encounters with suspected terrorists on the border.

And what on earth do we have to show for Biden’s gargantuan spending sprees?

The same playbook Joe & Co. used to first deny and then to shift the blame for inflation.

Sadly, our fiscal future is all too clear under a President Harris.

We’d get more Biden-level spend-a-thons, slamming taxpayers even more and crushing future generations under an ever-metastasizing debt.

As with a globe plagued by war and uncertainty, the Biden fiscal legacy is nothing but woe for our nation and its citizens.

Except that on this front, the nightmare is far, far closer to home.

Fifty-seven percent of registered voters believe they are not better off under the Biden-Harris administration as they were four years ago under former President Donald Trump, RMG Research polling found in September. Only 25 percent of Americans rate the economic conditions under the Biden-Harris administration as “excellent or good,” a Pew Research survey showed.

While campaigning for Harris on The View on Wednesday, Biden appeared to blame Harris for the administration’s failure to reduce inflation, secure the southern border, and responsibly withdraw from Afghanistan.

“As Vice President, there wasn’t a single thing that I did that she couldn’t do and so I was able to delegate her responsibility on everything from foreign policy to domestic policy,” he said.

Biden’s statement exacerbated Harris’s conundrum: She cannot campaign on policies to fix crime, inflation, and border security without undermining the Biden-Harris administration’s policies, but she must tout the administration’s policies to validate her record and candidacy.

^ Holy Cow. Why am I still shocked when these words come right out of their mouths? It’s not some contorted mumbo jumbo like they try to do with Trump associations. These words continually pour right from their mouths and then the spin begins. At this point, no one is voting “for” Harris but rather they are voting for”against” Trump.
