Well, back at the end of October, Yaro picked up Tele and gifted to JGRAZ. However, it seems Yaro's scarpered off again so I don't think Tele ever got sent cigars. So, I see it as Tele still being up, but I bow to the will of the community

Democratically speaking. From an order of operations standpoint, the Tele receives cigars step was never completed. Which I suppose places my vote as Tele still up. Which puts the PIB in favor of Tele being up democratically also.
