otherwise, fine morning to y'all...

high in the 70's today, according to the forecast...only a few days ago, overnight lows were in the 70's...is this considered extreme weather?

Fall has been creeping in steadily.

Day 2 of exterior house washing.
Discovered a product called “30 Second Cleaner”.
This stuff is nothing short of amazing, but you have to USE AS DIRECTED.

Anyways, my 28yo Hardie plank siding on north and some east facing walls had the dreaded black fungus/mold circles growing, and the normal green mossy fungus crap.
Tried a few different cleaners and methods, but nothing was getting out the black circle crap off the Hardy plank……even when I scrubbed with Dawn and scrub sponge…..did’nt do a dang thing.

Mixed up a batch of 30 second cleaner, sprayed on with long shot spray bottles (Amazon <$4/ea)…..then lightly spread it around with a SOFT car wash broom……waited 3 min, and hosed off with a jet stream.
Amazing….looks like brand new.

It’s basically bleach and some sort of proprietary emulsifier.
Internet “experts” say they can make their own…….and I tried two different formulas………nope, didn’t work for me.
It’s plenty cheap enough imo, to just use their product.

Jersey Mikes opened a store in town about a month ago. They have good reviews but I haven't had one yet. I'd like to give it a go. I think they will do well in town.

Location, location, location... the sub shop is right next door to a new pot dispensary in the same mini strip mall.

My wife owns a salon between a dispensary and a pizza shop... she threw a post out on the local website thing advertising 'Pot, Perms & Pizza' with a pic of the shopping center... had a couple hundred hits in just a few hours.. 😟

I get the pot and pizza connection but I don't get the perm thing. I guess if ya gotta kill some time while waiting for your pizza so why not go 80's big hair style. I'm follicly challenged so I would not be a good customer for your wife's business. Maybe if there's an open slot in the building, put in a put in a tattoo parlor and a doughnut shop.
