Root canal went well on Friday.
Visited the racetrack for Honda Meet on Saturday and helped with the contingency plan that actually worked out well. Precooked frozen brats n dogs from GFS. Everybody was bummed I didn't cook all weekend but all very understanding of the situation. I've only missed one event in 20 years so I had to get up there for a few hours.
Pain is almost gone. Haven't felt like this in years. I can brush my teeth without being careful to be gentle on that side, I can chew on both sides of my mouth, I can drink stuff straight from the fridge without waiting for it to warm up. Had iced tea today with ice in it. Wild.
But he did say there's the possibility a root canal isn't enough and I'd need to come back. Hopefully not. This year's been terribly expensive already and my son hasn't gotten his braces yet, that's in another 2mo.
Also this forum sucks ass.

^^^ Yikes! I don’t like going to the dentist, even for the bi-annual cleanings, so can’t imagine having a root canal done!

In other news, the site has been working for me almost all day. A couple of error messages as well as the download prompt but after a few tries, good to go.

I finally can sign back on! I been trying for a few weeks. My user name and email didn't exist apparently. I couldn't reset my password. They emailed me to tell me they couldn't find my email/user name too. I still haven't changed my password but I got in.
