That is why I fly in my job to places like that and others to get cigars and rum that is out of reach for the regular US personnel. The perks you could say!

Cohiba-Esplendidos
Monte Cristo-#2

And 12 year old rum from the same place.

That is all! Smok'em if you gottem!

Uh ... PR is a US Territory ...

... and whenever I looked for Cuban goods ... all I could find were plenty of counterfeits.

I know ISOMs are not legal there either, and there were plenty of counterfits, but there is much travel conducted between the islands, and certain laws are enforced more strictly than others. So if you are lucky or know someone all is good.

and as I said, if it wasn't real I don't want the real thing....damn it was good.

As a side note, what did you think of the PR food?

Hey - If PR is a territory, that means my wife was a US citizen before I married her..... She told me if I didn't marry her she would be forced to go back... she tricked me 😉

Yes I know PR is a territory of the US Slim...duh...did I say I get my stuff from PR...

Maybe I should clarify...counterdrug ops out of South America hub out of PR....other flying duties to Jamaica...back to PR.

Think I can come across the REAL DEAL! Still have 8-Esplendidos and 6- Montys. And 4 bottles of 12 year CUBAN rum...

Don't hate....appreciate...if you live near the midwest maybe we can talk. 😉
