I was buying some adult beverages at my local whisky retailer the other day. Ahead of me in line was a prematurely middle-aged lady with arms full of an imprssive array of cabernet and pinot noir, some of which were on the pricier side of red-neck. She turned to me, and smiling demurely, explained that she liked her popcorn with a good red wine. I could only manage to sputter, "..amazing, Orville Redenbacher, or whut?"

wine and popcorn are OK as long as the popcorn's not salty, wine's not exactly a thirst quencher. at least not at $30-60/btl! 🙂 I prefer a dark Porter or even a Fat Tire (on the lighter side) with popcorn...and...yes, brewers yeast on it!

Just got some brewers yeast. They only have tablets, so I'll just take some and maybe eat some popcorn later. I can't wait to start farting!

*chuckles* what the hell do you want to take yeast tablets for? just to feed your fascination with FLATULATION? 🙂

Oil popped. No butter. No salt. Only Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning

I use this when I make beef/elk/venison jerky. For a norwegian, it's too hot for popcorn though!
