I too have no faith that people of power and money will be found guilty even when they clearly are (I'm not saying Delay is)

Delay is a ruthless man. A maciavellian in its purest form, guilty or innocent it will be hard to ever pin him down for anything.

Sounds like he is doing the old money switch-aroo. Same thing that most dems and other republicans do. Also non profits like naacp and the church burning ads.

The difference might be that it's against Texas law. A technicality, but if he broke the Texas law, he needs to go to jail. After they prove it, of course.

I also noticed that the republicans have a party rule that makes Delay step down from his leadership position. The dems don't have the same standard.

But then, i always side 100% with the GOP and have no independent thought.
