Alright Adroomi, you found me out........I AM the guy on the right.

I have a whole dresser drawer full of cassettes. These guys are not on any of them.

i dont know anything about this groups but i think thats the guy from Charles In Charge, second from the left.

How can you all (those of you between 30 and 45) claim not to like Orleans?

Their big hit was "Dance with me." A major pop hit that hit the top ten.

Their other one was "still the one." Remember this..."we're still having fun, and you're still the one."

What classic soft rock hits.....ah the memories.

Of course we all looked cool with long hair and levi's cutoffs back then. Not now I guess though.....

I am 33. I like that song I suppose; but not enough to actually buy it, or even borrow it from bearshare.

I liked Dreamweaver a little better.

Yes "Dreamweaver'. I was in Kansas City for business several years ago and stayed in the same Motel as Gary Wright and his band. We hit it of at the lounge and since I was the only one with a car got to party with the band all night. Needless to say , I missed my flight in the morning. oh what a night.

'...I have Neil Young "Decade" on 8 Track'.

Atta boy adroomi.

We have found common ground.

Orleans was a pretty good band. It's just the album cover that is a little questionable.

They weren't as talented as KC & The Sunshine Band, but really, who was?

8Track,

I also have "Black Oak Arkansas Raunch and Roll Live," and more importantly......Paul Davis on 8 track amongst a few others.

Paul Davis.....

It's going to be a cool night,

just let me hold you by the firelight..

come on over tonight......

and

I go crazy,

when I look in your eyes,

I still go crazy.

sigh

Would you believe that one of the songs on this album is entitled "The Bum" ?

LMAO @ adroomi........"dance with me"

I had forgotten all about this album cover. And now I remember why.

No need to worry about me....just ran across an article about the "10 Worst Album Covers of All Time."

Nothing more to the story than that......

Peace and Heterosexual Grease

=Soul

I would have to guess that one finished near the top.
