Just about any weekend on my Grandparents farm in So Dakota during the summers I spent there while growing up. Farm Grandpa (that’s what I called him) and I would wake up early and go catch a mess of bullhead catfish and or perch. Sometimes I'd go out and sleep in the car overnight because if I didn't wake up right away when he called, he'd leave me behind. Not to be mean mind you, that’s just how he was and it's still part of why I miss him today.
Anyway we'd come back with this mess of fish and Farm Grandma would take them out back, clean the whole bunch and then make an incredible lunch for us. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmm!
