The other issues are scary, but what's wrong with no autos in the park? I personally don't like loud cars, exhaust, and stereo music when I'm trying to walk in the park and let the kids smell the grass and trees.
I'd like to see the roads, parking lots, and hotels torn out of Yosemite, Yellowstone, the Grand Canyon, and Bryce Canyon as well. I believe that parks should be for walking and hiking. If you are so old that you have to drive to see old faithful (the gift shop more likely) than you simply waited too long....oh well, too bad, maybe in the next life I guess. You missed your chance......
