Ground jerky holds together just like the other stuff, and is much easier to chew, like the soft stuff you can buy at Wallyworld. It never gets tough. You don't have to lose half your dental work to chew it. You shoot it out of jerky guns onto the tray for perfect flat strips, or you can use the round nozzle if you like jerky sticks. And it gives you the option to use blends of different meats.

Is there anyone who doesn't love jerky?

I'm getting hungry just thinking about it.

The best thing is, you can make almost any meat taste awesome as jerky.

Burgess - I might think about holding up on the Opus til I can toss some jerky in there. you probably need a little something from the homeland. Hopefully I'll get it done this week.
