Damn good idea Pablo, wish I had thought of it.

Thank you echo4., and similarly with Slim, I also trade infrequently as I did years ago.

I do, periodically, engage in RAOK or will just simply give certain cigars to various individuals; newbies, and seasoned folks. Most of the time it is because they haven't tried a particular cigar which they are eager to try, and I also happen to enjoy or have. I know certain cigars may be difficult to find or purchase depending on what part of the globe you are from, and that should not handicap a person from what I believe is one of the finest pleasures in life...fine cigars.

I don't engage in trades, and haven't done so in years. Trades set the individual up for failure or disappointment.

I will only send out R.O.A.K (Random Acts of Kindness) ... and only when I feel someone deserves it. Most of the time I will not put a return address on the package ... because I do not want, nor do I expect, anything in return.

I find the greatest pleasure to the whole process ... is bringing joy to some unsuspecting person. That ... to me ... is what makes is all worthwhile.

Hey Slim,

Now you know why my packages to you have that familiar return address, heheheeee.

Since I'm a relative newbie to this forum I truly appreciate the honest, sincere, and definitely funny remarks which make this forum so enjoyable and educational.

Once I get settled in Oregon after my retirement I intend on becoming active in trading and I'm glad to have had the process explained.

Right now I'm living in the barracks on Pearl Harbor which has limited my ability to send and receive regular mail as well as store large quantities of gars since my large humi is in Oregon.
