For mooches, family (that only smoke em when ya got em for them), "smokers" and those who think a White Owl is a Cuban cigar...........give em the Wolves and Hamiltons and Hinds! They will treat them with the same disrespect and think that they are in Heaven as they take their two or three puffs and bite down on the cigar like they think is manly!

You know its funny. A week or so ago there was a thread regarding cigar snobs that only smoked ISOMs. Everyone bad mouthed them and stated how they hate cigar snobs.

Then I read this thread where people are lambasting their friends, co-workers, etc because their friend's knowledge and tastes of cigars is not up to par with their own.

Now I can understand Culley's original post about not finishing a cigar before they are grabbing another. But the rest of you...for shame.

despite my best efforts there always seem to be at least a few rockets in my coolers, if not bunches of them. mistakes, fodder from trades, etc. whenever i go to a herf i take along a couple of these crummy cigars to give away to cats who come up like 'oh wow, whatcha smokin there fella?' ive seen loads of guys come up wanting a cigar, smoke an inch of it, and leave it there, sometimes not even with so much as a 'thanx!'

you got a good plan there, cully. supplying cigars is generous enough, no point in letting them waste something you would really get loads of enjoyment out of, never mind the expense.

I have a humidor at work that i kkep the dog rockets in. I collect dog rockets just for my customers. The good humidor is in the filing cabinet.

Every social occasion my friends expect me to bring good cigars. I've got no problem with that. They appreciate them(Plus they know they'll get unmerciful crap if they don't finish them.)

I always keep some inexpensive cigars (blow outs) around for my non-cigar smoking buddies. Most of the time they compliment me on the cigar -LOL.

Well, the yankee swap has come and gone. I am please to say, I no longer have any Lone Wolfs, Calayes, (man I must have been brain dead when I bought those),or Dark Sharks, sharing precious space with my other good children. They thought they were great, especially the pretty dark one, lol,.

Regardless, of the cigar smoking, we all had a great time. I am fortunate to have a thougtful wife, that makes continous efforts to keep the family close.

How close? my sister-in-law lives across the street, her oldest brother lives one half block to the left and youngest brother to the right one block. Counting their adult children we had a house full 26 souls. Is this the Waldon's or what??
