I have a grandmother named Wisnoskie, I'm glad my Grandfather "did her".

This is going to sound odd, but sometimes you can find a REALLY great smoke where and when you least expect it. I got some free fresh rolled perdomo's when I bought some other cigars. They weren't the torps. They were like a small corona, maybe 5 x 46? or so. Anyway, a couple of those seemed to me to be UNBELIEVABLE! Not all of them. I think sometimes there can be a harmonic convergence between your taste buds, the specific cigar, the age, the moon, hell I don't know. But it was memorable.

Yesterday: CAO Brazilia Gol
Last Week: CAO Anniv Maduro Churchill
Last Year: PAM Pyramide
All Time: Monte #2 smoked at the Old COurse Hotel in St. Andrews, Scotland in 1997. Just finished a week of golf in Scotland with my Dad, had played the Old Course that morning, had one of my best meals ever, then cigar and Scotch in the lounge overlooking the 17th hole at St Andrews.

1. Cigar you enjoyed the most yesterday:
Gurkha Ltd Expedition Series Toro (not a bad smoke, but too pricey)

2. Cigar you enjoyed the most last week :
Romeo y Julieta Churchill (the rock, always there, always good)

3. Cigar you enjoyed the most last year:
Onyx Reserve Torbusto, AND the always great Montecristo #2 ('nough said)

4. The one you enjoyed the most, ever:
Partagas Series D#3 (this is hands down the very best... ahhh to dream!)

Cheers.

1. Yesterday: Monte Canario torpedo, rolled in the Canary Islands primarily of Cuban tobacco, aged seven years.

2. Last week, not including #1. above: Torano Silver figurado

3. Last year: Cuban Boliver Petite Corona, a gift but appeared to be very well aged.

4. Ever: Pre-Embargo, "clear Havana" (Cuban puro but rolled in Tampa) AMS (candela) that was left from my late father's stash.

Yesterday, I smoked the last of my Carlos III maduros. Sad to see them go.

Last week I had a Helix 550 maduro that was surprisingly good.

Last year and ever converge with a Sancho Panza Beli. These really do it for me.
