Please pardon my ignorance, but what is the heck is a herf?

Hoagie, a Herf is an event where people get together to smoke, exchange, talk about, and anything else you can think of regarding cigars. Of course, during the course of the event you get to meet some really great people, and enjoy the company of fellow lovers of the leaf.

Hey guys with the cameras, when are you going to post som of those pics. I sure would like to visualize some of those memories. I'll be sure to bring a camera to the next one.

Sounds like a good idea. We all love Steve and he's great with a computer, but take him away from his monitor and he's hopeless!!! The graphic arts department is STILL working on those pics! Maybe before the next herf we'll get to see them!

I just brush that off like gnats on a summer twilight. In fact, one particularly pesty gnat was named Steve....but I never told anyone that! 🙂 I'm not the one who couldn't handle the camera.

Hey now...how was I supposed to know that the lightning bolt works in correlation with the light bulb to show that the flash is on. Come on now!?

Jeesh....damned rookies....I'll bring my digital camera to the next gig and have the pics up in one hour.....with Hubcap no less!

Trish & Steve, if graphic arts has the pics do you think I could get some hair back and drop about 50 lbs.

Steve, I lit all the prototypes on fire. I'll send you a full report in e-mail. As consumer reports likes to say, "there was one clear winner".

Personally, I felt the same way. While some were so-so, there was definitely one that stood out in my mind. Thanks for taking the time to help us out, and I'll be looking forward to your email.

In the meantime...we'll see what we can do about the pictures. Luckily, no work is necessary for me, as I was behind the lens the whole night 🙂

qball I don't know how you smoke all of them already. After smokeing the 2 I did , I am afraid to smoke the rest of them. I guess I will go on and smoke them all.

Low, no the snow wasn't the problem. My wife had to do some bookwork for her mother's business. So I had son duty, which I do enjoy. I'll make the next.

Ropeman, I started torching those buggers at the herf, and did two a day to finish. I did the Trilogy on the way to work this morning, and I can't wait until tonight. I guess I got it bad. Smoke is starting to come out of my ears. It's a good thing I don't work at CI or CB, I wouldn't be able to survive on fresh air any more.
