Had some of the coffee over the weekend. Really enjoyed it. Had a very smooth taste. my wife didn't care for it too much... All the more for me...

You may have noticed that it has unusual taste to it....that is the chicory. I usually fix it 1 tablespoon per cup. Did you notice the red hue?

I brewed a pot of it thursday morning last week using my usuall Folgers scoop.. Oh man, was that a mistake,,,,,, The first pot was a little strong but I enjoyed it. Goes great with a Mayorga HO. especially on an empty stomach @ 6:30 in the morning. I was ping`n off the walls all day! LOL
