Ken is a man after my own heart. Investment properties are great as long as you're willing to put a little effort into your investments.

Congrats on your first house.

yeah, so i went and bought a monte #2, so thats definitely gettin smoked, ill think about the equity loans after about a year, need to get settled in and a lil further in school before i start focusing on that...
and no, im not in the corps at A&M, i have a great deal of respect for military schools but A&M is not one and the corps really serves no purpose any more....
just to answer the question

thanks for the suggestions

"I'm a 19 year old sophmore at Texas A&M and i enjoy a good smoke about once a week.....being a college kid my funds are obviously pretty tight.....so far 5 vegas is the best bargain i have found....anyone have any suggestions for relatively inexpensive cigars that would be considered a good smoke?"
My man, you have some explaining to do!
The end of your first year?!?!?! Sophmore=2nd
Parents buying you house, but you are a "poor" college student! My guess is that parents that buy houses for children also provide plenty of fun money as well.

Jordo, a little advise: Don't tell people mommy and daddy are buying me house......where I come from that is frowned upon.......POOR COLLEGE STUDENT! BS!

I do believe we may have a scam-artist here!

what you have to realize is this.....I myself am poor, i dont have much money...
my parents obviously will have more buying power than i do...but they do not buy me cigars....thats my deal, if i wanna smoke then i pay for it....the house is working like this....we buy it and a couple of my friends live with me and they pay rent, miraculously the rent they pay will equal the monthly payments on the house....so that way we dont pay anything in the long run....
and as for the sophmore and first year thing, i came in with 16 hours, took 14 my first semester and am taking 16 this semester, at last count 30 hours made you a sophmore, which i had at the end of last semester, but this is my first year at school....

got anything else i can answer for you?
