For being a modified Honda, It doesn't look to bad. I've seen MUCH worse. At least it doesn't have a giant wing on the back and it still looks like it has both windshield wipers.

I drive an Acura and like the HOnda they will go forever, with nothing more than oil changes and tire rotations. Maybe upkeep and reliability were a big part of choice of car...............however, I would have picked something a little more upscale for such a great cigar line.

I agree whole 100% Charlie. They should have used and NSX.

Jon,
Does that car belong to a guy named Jim in the bay area? I think I've seen this car pre-CAO detailing...

Yes, this car is owned by Jim Healis (San Jose). Jim was very kind and supportive to come to us (CAO) with his 'sponsorship' proposal for this car. We are very pleased in the way in which it turned out and very grateful to Jim for his consideration and support.

PS - We did not receive any similar proposals from any "NSX/Benz/Porsche/Bentley/Hummer/whatever" drivers out there.

Just an idea: You all may consider a more refined vehicle to grace itself with the CAO trademark. No offense, but I CAN NOT STAND "yo-boy" cars. They come across as trashy.....CAO is way to fine a product to be associated with this.

I bet it even sounds like a lawn mower (ridiculous mufflers).

Besides, the punks who like this crap are probably not old enough to buy tobacco.

Actually, Jim is thirty or so, and his car is modified in a fashion to increase performance, not just look good. He's had the engine completely rebuilt with high performance parts and then blue printed, changed out suspension, transmission and exhaust. It is not your typical honda rebuild!!

And he knows his cigars for a relative newbie, he has 500 sticks or so.

Not to come down on you, but you should know the facts before you assume...

Sonny - Thats why I wanted to see his mods. I hate people that take their Civic, throw on a body kit and some rims and all of a sudden they think they have 500 hp. His car looks good, not to flashy. I woudn't call this a "yo-boy" car at all. For that, It would need one windshield wiper, a GIANT spoiler (because we all know how much front wheel drive cars need spoilers), and a Powered by Honda sticker blocking the entire top of the window.

Jon - I didn't know that this car was "given" to CAO by an everyday person. I thought CAO bought a car and this was the best they could find. If I had an NSX, I sure as hell woudn't "give" it to CAO (or anyone) so they could put stickers all over it. The cars not bad looking, not too many stickers, not to flashy.

OK, I do admit that an old Honda with 50-100K in performance goodies is far from a "yo-boy" car.....guess we all have different opinions:)
I am a stock/old fashion guy myself. I agree, the stickers on an NSX would be somewhat crazy....I just feel CAO carries itself high enough to be represented with more refinement.....the Honda is admirable (I guess) but it, sure as hell, isn't a Porsche, NSX, Ferrari, etc.

Alright, I've seen this car in person. It's OK, but I wouldnt want one.

For the sophisticated man, this car wouldnt even come to mind. In my opinion its not what I would have expected CAO to put their logos on.

The car should be a model that is impressive in "stock" condition. Or a classic that has been restored.

Just my opinion
