Did I do good? Or what? I've tremendously enjoyed each and every IT that I've had from the natural to the maddie...

With the prices here in Cali, it's hard to tell what's a deal and what isn't...

These aren't on the CI website anymore. Don't remember what retail was on them. A little more than you paid I think. I like the maduros myself. But these have had good comments.

I scored a 10-pack of these last November for $15. Didn't like the first one that much but smoked one last week and liked it a lot so maybe a little box time does them good.

CI has had them on sale:

Bison (torpedo) BDL OF 25 (reg.$170.00) 6.5 x 54 In Stock $59.95

This is the best price I could find elsewhere:

Indian Tabac Anniversary Limited Reserve Bison
Price: $ 6.80 - Box of 25 $153.00, Mild to Medium
Size: 6 1/2 x 64/36

So, yes, E-Chick, you did good. I like IT too. Doesn't everybody like IT?

I just love those IT Anniversary series, and just won another five-pack to keep a little fresh stock rolling in. I like these better than the Cameroon Gorilla, which I found to have a very tight draw.

The Cameroon Legends are great, try the Chimp or Baboons with a pigtailed head or the Gorilla maduro.

Looks good to me; a good cigar ~$2/per. I've got some, mild and very pleasant. My preference is towards the maduro also.

E, you did very well.

Some think they are too mild, but those are usually regular IT fans. The rest of the line is much more robust.

These smokes are mild to medium strength, very good flavor and consistant quality. I buy those too.

You will enjoy them. They look nice too, cedar wrapped!

A well aged, quite mild cigar. I don't believe the Limited Reserve Bison has been made for a few years. IT has changed manufacturers several times, so it's impossible to know who made your bundle. You'll find that its strength doesn't compare to most current production. This line was produced to go head to head with most well known Macanudo-mild boom brands. They have a place in the rotation and I do have boxes and bundles in my coolers.

I notice they are very mild and straight forward in the first inch to two inches. However, they build nicely into a peppery medium bodied smoke. Nice blend, and definitely worth the mild beginning 🙂

The price was fair and the Bisons are a good one in the line. I'd say second tier for IT. I have about 6 left from a 2 5 pack purchase I made 8 months ago. Think I'll try one of these now to see how they've aged. My best Indian Tabac experience was a Cameroon Legend that was a lonsdale sized smoke. Have had the Gorillas too but just a bit to big for my taste.

If anyone's near Dayton, Ohio on May 30th, you might want to check this out...
The Wharf will be announcing their new private label cigar (rolled by Indian Tabac). Rock Patel, the CEO/President of Indian Tabac Cigars will be on hand to help celebrate the release.
