Have you thought about making an FAQ page for newbies. Something that covers the basics of cigar smoking (cello on/off, how to make a tuppador, soapdish credo etc) as well as info about this forum. Subjects like, How and when to use the search engine, status of a chat room etc. You could give a brief Q and A then give links to specific threads for more info.

Thanks for the suggestion, I'd love to accommodate some sort of NEWBIE board. Instead of a pre-fab instructional page like on CI, I'd rather incorporate all of your great "newbie stuff" into one place.

Perhaps we can come up with threads that would be moved and organized into one area for newbies. Plus, for those of you that like picking on the FNGs, you'll have one consolidated place to do just that.

E, you have a small in-box. Every time I give you something big, it gets rejected. I try often, sometimes your box is full and there is no room for any more.

I don't think uncensored boards are a good idea. I have seen other boards and the uncensored areas get pretty crude and raunchy... Curses and remarks fly like crazy... I think this board is monitored properly and I don't want to see it get way out of hand. It seems that most of the time, most of the people try to follow the guidelines which to me, makes this a more enjoyable board to post on.
