Has anyone tried the Indian Tabac boxers? I had one tonight and it must be one of the worst cigars I have tried. This is my first from the Indian Tabac line so maybe it was just a bad stick.

From what I've heard, and experienced myself, cigars from Indian Tabac usually needs some aging. Some six month ago, I bought both the IT Boutique Sampler and a 5-pack of Habana 2000 Teepee. Smoked the Teepee right out of the sampler and got virtually knocked over with dizzyness. Three months later I had another one of the Teepees, but this time after some aging in my 'dor. A very different experience, and better. It was good, and I look forward to try the others of the Indian Tabac line.

Age them a while in your Dor'. I won a 5 pk. here and found them to be a little green when I lit my first. As time has gone on they have mellowed somewhat. Not too bad of a stick.

i would have to agree, i won a five pack of boxers a little while back... smoked one almost right away, and i was not impressed at all... smoked another about a two weeks ago (about a month later), big difference.... let them sit in the dor for a while..

Try the Indian Tabac Super Fuertes (box-pressed), natural or maduro wrapper...They are unbelievably great sticks!..I don't care for the rest of the Indian Tabac line...You're right about the Boxers..They are essentially crap.

I've tried the boxers but they were too snug in the ass. I prefer the Indian Tabac briefs. All kidding aside, The Super Fuerte is a MUCH better smoke. Was not impressed with the reg. line at all. The cigar tasted too earthy and finished before it started. Tuna has a better aftertaste, and the wrapper had a spice that hinted it would deliver but feel off when lit. Try the Super Fuerte maduro, has a much more balanced flavor that smokes pretty smooth for a spicier type of cigar. That another thing, shy away if you do not enjoy a full bodied, spicey smoke.

Try the new line: Tomahawk(comp, to Padron) or creamy, the Bear.

Hey, with some age, this cigar is one of my favorites! I don't care as much for the new H2000 wrapper on them; I MUCH prefer the old natural wrapper they had. DOES ANYONE KNOW IF THEY STILL MAKE THEM WITH THE OTHER NATURAL WRAPPER?? I've tried the Super Fuerte once; make sure you're sitting before firing this thing up. It kicked my butt.
