From the visual observation of a picture (hard to tell), they all look fine to me, except for one.

Most ISOM's will have a flawless band, that is connected perfectly on the back. There are some exceptions ...

The H. Upmann on the right, the band looks a little suspect to me, because the printing is not perfectly centered, and it's also a totally different band intirely than the other ones I've seen. Maybe it's an older band (on a very old cigar) that is legitimate, but no longer made?

There are many other ways to tell ... triple cap, construction, dark ash, etc., but smoking one will be the true test.

Oh, and am also curious as to where you purchased them. Sadly to say, in Mexico the amount of counterfeit Habanos Cuban cigars is out of control. For example, in Tijuana, you will find that everyone is selling Cuban cigars these days, including liquor stores, curios shops that also sell other counterfeit merchandise and even carts in the street that display the Habanos logo.

Hopefully, it was from a 'La Casa Del Habano' ... and I know that anywhere in Mexico, an authorized Habanos dealer has to display the Habanos certificate signed by the president of Habanos, to assure it's customers what they are purchasing is 100% authentic.

Seeing the title "LCDH" prompts me to believe they are the real deal...but Slim is correct in pointing out the HU band. You never know...but ENJOY!

I did smoke one of the Diplomaticos in P.V. on the beach.... oooooooh BABY! The story behind the bands; I was a little concerned when bringing them home.... sooo I took all the bands off, put them in a baggie, folded them up and put them in my wallet. They got a little pressed, but I am pretty sure I replaced them correctly.... and when I picked them out... they had a lot of this little white stuff on em'... probably just dust.

or that other stuff?

I think they're refering to the offset in the white circle on the HU band. That white circle should be dead center in the circle on the brown band. Make sense? I can't think of another way to explain it.

I just got a small load of legit ISOMS.
All the bands looked great except for the H.Upmanns.
My bands looked exactly as his does.

From my sampling, I think his will be fine.
I just think that's the way the bands look this year.

I read many of the ISOM counterfeit sites and they all
mentioned that many of the bands of real ISOM's will not be perfect. A victim of a depressed economy and poor qaulity control at print shops.

I say fire it up and let the cigar prove itself.

don't listen to anybody tell you they could have gotten a better deal on your car after you bought it.

they all look like isom's, so enjoy them all one by one and think of "rum and coca-cola".

Yup that H.upmann looks like the the few isoms I had a few months back. It should be fine, mine were 🙂 Plus I bought them from a very legit store in HK (cigarexporess)(before the sars outbreak)((I miss that store.... back in the states, but not sorry I missed the sars outbreak.
