You right it is a cuban...and since there is nothing in it. it has no need to breath. I could not help my self after a year of "breathing" I had to have it. it was yummy LOL... but the tube makes for a nice presentation don't you agree. And as for a mess..yeah it is ...but a lovely mess and to me the taste is DIVINE muhahhhhhhhhhhaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.

But your right on one account i gotta get those acids out and put in a seperate box. Whew dont wanna mess with the flavors. Keep the good stuff in a seperate hummy. And that Lars teten is done past its aging time. Lets see...the wifes gonna be gone this weekend. Time for a smoking party LOL

I've got to agree with the consensus ... that you should NEVER store 'scented/flavored' cigars with your other cigars. They should have their own humidor, or better yet ... tupperware containers of something similar.

I wouldn't even use a humidor for them, unless ou are a big fan of Lars and Acids, and smoke them on a regular basis ... because you will never get the smell out of your humi once it impregnates the cedar.

It takes very little time for the imbibed cigars to permeate the non-scented ones ...and totaly destroy the subtile flavors that makes those cigars unique.

Unfortunately ... you may have already ruined those Oliva 'O' Maduros, or at the least, they will no longer have the flavors that Oliva intended them to have with their specially aged blends!

I just worked out a trade with cccbus... 3 Def Seas for some Oliva "O" maddies... looks like I'm gonna have to segregate them till I smoke 'em...
