turn LEFT on San Diego Ave.,
RIGHT on Twiggs,
and LEFT on Juan St.
From I-8 Exit Taylor St.,
follow Taylor and turn RIGHT on Juan St.

There are several free parking lots along that street and also street parking...and then just a short what across the street to the restaurant. Hemingway's is just around the corner and about 2-3 blocks down. It is in walking (crawling?) distance, but there is a very small parking lot behind it and hard to get spots on the street. I think that there are some parking lots that also charge around the corner from there...
