check your blood pressure every two hours. if it starts to go up, bid fast.

Am on my second day of no bidding. Am also on my second type of blood pressure medication. Down side is; the longer I abstain, the higher my blood pressure goes, the more cigars I smoke, the faster I smoke them, the quicker I deplete my humidors, tuppadors, igloodors, etc. Ah, the Hell of addiction. Don't know how long I can hold out.....
