I'd never been much of an oyster lover ... until I tried one of these ... I'm glad Slim's pic was of Mark cooking them and not me making a complete fool of myself trying to eat one ... but I gotta tell you, dem's dam good eatin'

I was watching him prepare them, and I notice that he didn't 'detach' one of them from the shell ... and as fate would have it ... you ended up being the one to get it ... LOL!

Been grilling them for years. One of my favorite ways to have them and they shuck sooo much easier.
