Capitola by the sea? We don't live that far from there ... and it's an incredibly beautiful beach.

The only problem is ... this year there is a 'no swimming' warning posted. Seems there is too much pollution in the waters ... some sort of bacteria or someting ...

... it's a shame too.

where's all the snow and Polar Bears

Dudes are still surfin' the jetty daily. I did hear we are ranked around 10 or so of Cali's most poluted beaches. Don't know what the problem is. O.K., whoever's bored today do a search.

The surfer's are pretty diehard ... and nothing seems to bother them ... plus, most of them wear the wetsuits anyway.

yeah, but drinkin' it's the problem. Tough not to do when you're rollin' around in the waves.

I drink to forget...
