Where exactly is this? Sorta looks familiar....

Capitola, CA (Santa Cruz County). 1 1/2 hours S. of SF on the PCH (hwy 1). We're about a half hour from San Jose over the Santa Cruz mountains via hwy 17. Let's see what else. We're at the top of the Monterey Bay. Monterey, Carmel and Pebble Beach are at the bottom (about 45 min. S. on hwy. 1) By boat, Monterey is like 15 mi. or so S.
