Some of you may remember my post last week about a five pack of Perdomo 2 that I bought and they were all plugged. Well, I sent an email to the Perdomo people and today this is what they sent me.

Now that’s what I call customer service. My hats off to George Sosa and all the good people over at Tabacalera Perdomo!!

Hmmmmm... Come to think of it... the last few Perdomos I smoked were kinda plugged... yea, that's it... that's the ticket...

Low, I know you are joking, but it will be sad if people try to take advantage of the plugged cigar routine because of the company's well meaning gesture!

I complained to Altidas about some Players Clubs cigars(the ones Big **** was promoting) and they sent me about 15 various cigars from their other lines and some more Players. Players were still bad, but what a nice gesture on their part. Customer Service is an important part of a company and speaks volumes about how them and their future.

Only problem I have had with Perdomo's was with the "A"'s (9 x47). Bought a box and smoked a few. Problem with draw, but was probably a combination of length and maybe too moist. Have some sleeping, gotta check back with them soon...

Only problem is, they look so good in the boxes, I'm afraid to break up the sets and smoke any of them!!

Guess I'll just have to put them in my humidor and show them off to my friends for a while.

I don't ever recall smoking a Perdomo...haven't been able to find them at my local shop...

After many 5-packs on Cbid, I've never had a plugged Perdomo yet....but I wouldn't mind starting with Lisa!

E-Chick --- sure you must have, somewhere ... sometime.

There are so many out there, including 'The Cigar', 'Cuban Bullet', 'Cantero', 'Casamontez', Cuban Parejo', 'Dos Rios', 'Sportsman Reserve' ... and even the one with the KC's Club band on it that JJ gave you ... besides their 'top shelf' stuff, like the Estate Seleccion!

... Perdomo even makes some of C.A.O.'s lines ...

Thanks for the heads up Slimboli...I totally forgot the C.A.O. stuff, and of course I've enjoy several S.R.s along with the KC club cigars...
