This post is total bu11$h1t ! I just got done with mine and found out through 16 tries that you need 12 flies for each airplane.

I'm waiting for the helicopter version.....

Everytime I open the jar of flies, I have to rip the wings off.

Of course hegemonic is kidding! Mine flew great with four flies (they were horse flies, though...)

FAA Rules -

You have to put a Firefly on the outside of each wing and one in the back on the tail ... they're also much easier to control at room temperature and unfortunately they refuse to fly until after sunset ...

I made a mini B-52 out of June Bugs and popcicyle sticks....works great!

You got June bugs in Jersey Bud? I always thought they were a southwestern thing.They just started showing up here in So Cal a week or so ago.They go all kamikazi for the computer screen,Bzzzzzzzzz splat!...LOL

I don't remember june bugs in S Dakota maybe cause I was too busy dodging horse flys and big ass mosquitos. :0)

I caught me a couple dragon flys last night,six more and I'm gonna build a mini Spruce Goose.

Oh yea Jim, they go crazy here late June/early July. God screwed up when he made them capable of flight, they crash into everything.
