It is wonderful to get these pics. They are pics of our Nation's Warriors enjoying a batch of cigars that JD1 and I collectively sent to them.

I am including the message that I got from a great brother of the leaf "CW3 Ken" - Word for Word. This is a true case of a picture is worth a thousand words.

May God Bless our Warriors and Blow Some Smoke to the East!

Hello B,

Finally, I got to a system with a half-working connection to get these photos to you. I hope you like them. I am the grinning guy in four of the five pictures with the incredibly shrinking stogie. I can't be missed since I am making a nice smoke cloud with the Indian Taback I chose to herf that evening.

The soldiers are from D CO. 123rd MSB. The other officers in the photo I took with the four posing from left to right is the Shop Officer, D CO. Cdr, B CO. XO, and the HHD Cdr. The officers with me in the night photo is from L to R is the Shop Officer again, me and the S-1. To my right is my driver, SPC Rowe.

When the other cigars arrive I hope to get the other companies in this battalion involved. We are also co-located with elements of the 703rd MSB, 3ID. I have found a few cigars smokers there who are also waiting with baited breath.

Billy, this is so much fun. There can be no better diversion here than a stogie for sure. That is as long as one can appreciate a cigar anyway. We run to the mail everyday waiting on such a great Moral Booster like this. Please give JD1 a special thank you and a Mega Hoooah for his donation of incredible smokes from me and the Gang! He is "A true American, May God Bless Him"!!

Feel free to distribute these pictures wherever and whomever you think is appropriate my friend.

Be well and my best to your family!

I'm deeply humbled by the comments. Like many here, I simply pitched in the best I could. I hope to continue to contribute the best I can even if it means only sending a few because I know there will be a brother or sister of the leaf that truly appreciates the comfort a good cigar can bring.

I'm very thankful for all the servicemen and women giving their all to protect our freedoms and to give a glimpse of hope to others they come in contact wiht. A big Mega Hoooah to all of you! and may God Bless you all!
