well I have been reading about this trade group business, I have a thought, and not that I want to run the bleeding thing, but anyone consider doing a purely Cuban cigar trade group? I can think of many reasons it may not work, but maybe someone has one outstanding good reason on why it would.

I actually thought of that (briefly) however, I couldn't be involved because opportunities for myself obtaining Cuban smokes are so far in between..I just finished a box of montes #4 (and approx seven to eight other assorted Habano sticks from a Casa Habano store)that I've had since June 99..Would love to get some more...Great idea though..Only problem I see is the possibility that one or more participant(s) from the group depositing fakes (either purposely or, in most cases, unknowingly...If I had better access to them, I would love to do it.

well I guess you may be right, I just have a huge box of Punch Doble Coronas (50 in a box, actually more like a trunk!) , and thought I could trade one for a Montecristo #2. But the fake problem alone now that you mention it, makes me very shy of such a venture.

Rookie or Keith, how abot if you confirm my suspicions, are you with some sort of law enforcement agency? Or maybe the private ****** hired by CI to monitor the forums? (That last question was a product of a disordered mind and should not be construed with any other significance)
