I believe that some sellers on e-bay advertise the empty boxes because they can not sell tabacco products on e-bay. But if you contact the seller directly you may find that the boxes are sent with the cigars inside. It becomes obvious when the "buy it now" price on an empty box is close to the MSRP for the full one. Seen this a few times don't know if it was the case here.
