interesting... I didn't get much of a peppery kick with mine...just lots of flavor with very smooth smoke. In fact it's the mildest Buc I've had, but very flavorful. Hmmm... maybe I'll have to have another one, just to be sure....

Had my first Crew the other night. If you think that one is spicey, try the Salsa.

My experience was similar to yours al'Thor, mild and smooth but with lots of flavor. Very good.

The salsa was a hell of alot more spicy.
