Todd,

Neither.

Industrial Nitrous bottles are blue.
Industrial Helium bottles are gray-orange-gray(x2) for industrial helium and buff-gray(x3) for medical helium.

That's most likely a CO2 bottle taken from the soda fountain system of the bar he's in.

Todd,

Acetelyne is yellow.
Oxygen is green.

True it could be anything, but it doesn't look spraypainted. That's a pretty standard bar bottle size, that style of insulated wide-body thermo valve is usually only found on CO2 bottles and that valve cage is not found on too many bottle types outside of certain usage/service patterns (ie: food service).

Red bottles are SUPPOSED to only be used for fire protection systems, but it is commonplace to find small CO2 cylinders in any number of colors.

Also, I doubt that they would be wasting nitrous like that.

color coded wires has gone by the wayside many moons ago in the Marine Electrical field...individual wires actually have the color written on them in stead of being colored.

And yes TG something like that...LOL
