858 with the elusive sungrown wrapper. FINALLY after much search I have found some. Picked up a couple of boxes at 80 bucks each. I have never tried these but I know I am in for a treat. 🙂

Are you sure you have the 858's? You might have a more common AF Sun grown. Chateau Fuente maybe?
They are still one of my favorite smokes.

One of my local shops told me the 8-5-8 were not being made in sun grown anymore. He may not be sure of his facts or may have been trying to get a sale of something he had in stock.
Would be interested to know if they are really available when you get the shipment.

ok..I just called the company and I had ordered the sungrown in the chateau Fuente.. Oh well a great cigar is a great cigar. But she did have 6 boxes of the af 858 in the maduro wrapper at 104 . So I at least scored 1 box of the elusive 858s to try 🙂

I have found the 858 maddie and nat all over the place. The SG is an entirely different story.

A box of 858 SGs at $80 is the best buy you are ever going to make. Congrats.

As i stated earlier I made a mistake I called the company and the sungrowns I ordered were not the 858s. But they had the 858s in the maduro. If you still want the addy it is dking42atcharterdotnet. thats @ and . so it doesn't get bounced back for the newbies 🙂
