Ok, here is the deal,
in October, I turn 40 [ouch!]:(
Momma has given me the green light to get something decent for a birthday cigar or a box if they are reasonable. 🙂
Since I can't get to Vancouver,BC before then, I have to settle with a cigar I can get around here.
Knowing that I really like Flor de Oliva Grand Cameroon, the Trilogy cameroon and found the Sinclair Bohemian pretty good, what would you recommend?

Thanks all.

Get what YOU like. Keep it moderately priced and momma can't complain. The ones you mentioned would fit the bill nicely.

What DrMadd said, plus you might try a La Perla, something you might enjoy, very tasty and smooth. By the way, welcome to the age of not haveing to wonder "if" your going to hurt when you wake up in the morning, but "where" you're going to hurt when you wake up in the morning....lol. Life begins!

DrMaddVibe,
The problem arises that I am still uncertain of a nice "special" cigar. One that I wouldn't normally buy. I've alerady bought a box of the Flor de Oliva and plan on buying more.
The Trilogy Cameroon, I am more than likely going to buy a box and I have been eyeing the Victor Sinclair Bohemian Sampler on CI.
So those three, although I really like them, are off my list for that day. 🙂
So now I will look at the CAO Cameroon, the La Perl and the AF Don Carlos?
I do have a Flor de Oliva Maduro but am not certain of how it tastes.
Decisions, decisions. LOL!

Again, you folks have been great to share your knowledge with me. 🙂

Opatience,
Have a Happy Birthday. May I suggest joining webslingers birthday club. He is taking members right now. I know the original birthday club, really gave me a chance to try some great cigars, that I had never had the chance to try before. By the way, I would go with the A.Fuentes Hemingway series, or Don Carlos, to fit your flavor profile.
Shoot me your snailer, and I'll see if I can help.

Homebrew,
Thank you. I signed up for webslinger's Bday club.
Didn't know there was one open. Appreciate it.

chipslave,
30 really isn't bad. 40, as was so eloquently put, you don't wonder if you will hurt in the morning, you wonder WHERE it will hurt.
At 30, I was probably in the best shape I had ever been. At 40, the years of beating my body to death have taken their toll.
I'm still in good shape, but in the mornings it takes a little under warm water to get my hands working properly. One piece of advice, at 30, consider thinking about strenuous things you do, if you run dirtbikes or 4x4s, think about going a little easier than you once did. 🙂

Yes,
I apologize. I should have posted that they arrived and were TOTALLY AWESOME!
But I got sidetracked this weekend and didn't get it posted.
I have no excuse.
I really appreciate it and they are great.
Very cool of you.
Thanks!
