Thought I'd update everyone on the pool ... 45 guys participated in week one ... we've had two more join the pool for week two, bringing the total to 47 ... given 3 prize winners each week, that's 44 cigars in the pot ... 27 to first place, 11 to second, 6 to third ..

More players are welcome to join ... LMK if you want in

and yes, 'from' IS part of the addy

Looks like we have a 7 way tie going into MNF! And all 7 have picked the NYG to win. We all picked 12 of 15 games correctly.

So, now it doesnt matter which team wins. It's gonna be the score that determines the winners. I just happen to be one of the 7 guys.

The 7 lucky contenders if my calculations are correct are: Danno114, Ducati, GB, drjothan, jdouglas, sadpygmy, and Magnafide(me)

Good luck to you all!!

Mag

I didn't receive a copy of the spreadsheet. Can someone please email me a copy at ssmith996AThotmailDOTcom. Thanks in advance....I forgot what I guessed for a score.

Dang it dang it dant it. Tennessee, Tampa Bay, and New England owe me cigars 😞 the bastiges.

Yes, St.Louis and Tenn. have foiled me again!! Congrats to the tie guys!

ducati, I re-sent the spreadsheet to you a few minutes ago ... you SHOULD have got it yesterday and if there's any other problems, please ... LMK

The scores are all pretty close as well, except for drjothan and mine... should be interesting.

Gb

The point spread is 7! I guess your hoping for a blowout, good luck!

Mag

I wasn't aware that the spread was taken into account. Doesn't matter, it probably wouldn't have changed my decision on the score... I just pulled it out of the sky anyway. Good luck to you as well Mag.

Gb

Well, I'm watching OT at this moment, 32-32. If my calculations are correct Ducati & GB are tied for 1st, and that cant change...CONGRATS GUYS!!

Next I believe that sadpygmy(hehe, gotta love that name!)is 3rd, congrats to you too...

Mag

PS: GB you are 'The man' though. Your score was so different from the rest of us...thats amazing how things turn out! Double congrats!!

35-32 NYG!!

Sorry, I miss calculated. Ducati WON!! Sadpygmy came in 2nd, Gb & Danno114 tied for 3rd...Congrats to all.

Mag

did I win?? I thought Dallas won last night.

Dallas DID win. Congrats to the week 2 winner.

Actually ... we had as wild a finish in the pool as in the game last night

Ducati won alright ... BUT ... so did jdouglas ...

The two of them TIED for first place, each with 12 correct picks and identical scores predicted for the MNF game ... sadpygmy, who also had 12 correct picks, was only ONE point further off in his prediction of the MNF score and finishes third ... no fewer than 4 other guys also had 12 games picked right, but missed the score by a greater margin ...

Drat! It was so close... I could taste it, though I not clear on how the score works out when we all picked NY to win.

Mag,

I wish we were using your calculations. On a more positive note... I am still "The Man" even if I didn't win this week.

Gb.

Sorry Gb, I guess I shouldnt have had that last beer! I was looking real good also, as you were, then NYG got too dang HOT!

Mag

LOL....Thanks everyone for your donation, need it after the wife got the CBID bill. And this is only my second week. I can't wait until I get more experience. So.....if it was a tie....how many cigars did I win??...just curious...lol.

Mag,

Do you still have any of those Padrons left that I sent you last year on the Raider/Packer bet?..lol.

with a 41 cigar pot, 26 were to go to first place, 10 to second and 5 to third ... given the first place tie, the first and second place prizes were added together, then split between the two guys tied for first, giving them 18 each ...
