I posted this earlier on the forum with a link to a competitor - my bad. I'm trying again with just a picture so I can get some opinions.

I can get one of these for about $1K delivered. With an Oasis II the total is $1200. Is there anything else I should look at about this price point?

I would want to look it over and kick the tires. But I am one picky sonuvagun! What's the guarantee?

Look for a cabinet called the Verona on CI or CB... Can be had for much less than a g-note...

Thanks Lowman but I really don't like the way the Verona looks. It may be just as fuctional but it doesn't do it for me.

In about 3 weeks I'll have a pic of my new Bob Staebel Aristocrat M. Bob takes his time, but I know it's worth it.

My only concern with a tall humidor would be temp. You'll see a couple degrees between the top and the bottom. How warm will the room be in July? That's a lot of cigars...

"AVB" I have one almost the same as that one. Mines is lighter wood Not so dark. I love it and using a digital Gauge to double check it (Top, Middle, And Bottom) it isn't that hard to keep it at the 68% to 70% range from top to bottom..MHO I think they are GREAT , But Hay thats me...TinMan

Thanks Tinman. I think it will work out well for me. I can't fill even 25% of it now but someday I'm sure it will be nicely packed.

My choice is to put it in the study which is the warmest room in the house in the summer at about 80 or put it in the family room which is the coldest room in the winter at about 64 (when nobody is using it 68 otherwise). I'm leaning toward the family room.

Definitely the family room. Beetles love warm temps.
