BTW, I suspect you'd freak if you had an MRI on your back. I got one about three weeks ago. I didn't even have room to fart in that machine. Good thing I'm not claustrophobic. And that I didn't have to fart.

i had one that covered me down to below the waist. it was only 20 minutes and i started to squirm mentally.

when it was over i jumped all over the tech. i told him i didn't know i was a little claustrophobic. i asked him if he could see me. when he said he diod, i told him the next f'n time i need one of these i expected to hear him say only 15 minutes, only ten minutes only five minutes more. and he better do that with every one.

years ago i had lazar eye surgery where they cut away the front of the eye. no pain involved at all, but the tech explained everything including the time. when i heard the loud sounds he said i would, he counted down the 23 seconds for me. when i went blind in that eye as he told me i would, he again counted down the 42 seconds for me. i never had a moments panic.

that's the difference between the two techs.
