O.K....... I just picked up 4 1926 PAN's. They look beautiful. I am totally sold on padrons. The 3000 is my go to gar, but I am wondering.......without smoking one yet...... Is the 1926 worth it? $$ ....... I love the 64's, but they are more reasonablly priced. I don't know it's late and I've been staring at them for awhile...just thought about some input. Thanks brothers.

IMHO ... that't totally up to you on wheter they are worth it , or not ...

They are worth it to me provided they are close to retail. Then again, I would probably only smoke 1-2 a year. Last year I had two, this year I've had one so far. More complexity and slightly more full-bodied than the '64. The PAM is also better IMHO.

Indeed, only you will know if it's good for you.

PAN 1926s are an awesome smoke. I really enjoy them, as for the price, I think they are worth it, but only if the PAM isn't available.

$3.00 a stick for Padron Maduro 3000. That seems like a great deal and a local store is offering that. Am I right? I normally smoke the 5000...will I like the 3000?

That's a GREAT cigar shop price if you like Padron, Rasta. Snap 'em up if they're still there when you go back. I have a couple of 1926 PAM in my humi. They sure are pretty. Had them 6 months or so and haven't had an occasion to smoke one yet. Right now I'd rather have a Brazilia, but one thing I have learned is that my taste buds can be fickle little bastiges, so I let a lot of primos rest until I think they and me is ready.

Just got back from buying a box. $80 (regularly $89) for the Padron Maduro 3000, I think the 2000 were $75 and they didn;t have the 5000 in stock. They had PAMs there...I forget the size but it was a good size stick...for i think $12.00 each. I already have quite a few so I didn't get any more. Memory tells me I paid more in the past. I did picke up a AF Cahteau Fuente Maduro for $4.50 and a Royal Salute Maduro for $7.50. not sure if that was cheap or not but it seemed pretty good. Aos got a bottle of The McCallen 18 for $89!

Well I got these for $13 a stick. I like the maduros better but all they had were the naturals. Never had the 5000, but maybe I'll get a box to try. Found a place that had them for $104 a box. Thats only $30 more than the 3000. Well I'll let these little babies rest for a couple of weeks and fire one up. Padron has never let me down. thanks fellas

Never met a Padron I didn't like. I have a few 1926 napping and a few more on reserve at one of my friends shop. I don't see them often so the price doesn't bother me too much plus my friend will save them for me and I can pay for them as I smoke. He's holding some #9 Maduros for me now.
I keep somewhere between 2 and 4 boxes of the Delicias on hand along with a variety of the 1000s and as many Anniversarios as I can afford.
Only 997 more years untill the re-release of the Milleniums, I can't wait!!

BTW Rasta, that's the best price I've seen anywhere on the Mac18--my favorite.

Bought my frist PAM '26's today. 2 of them and they were expennnnsiive.
Then I stoppped by another shop and saw them again for $7 more per stick, so I felt a little better.
They are napping next to the '64's I traded for from the Godfather.
