Ok Anyone know where I can write and complain about these worthless piece's of #^$% I bought a 5 pack and They are so tight they won't draw at all!!!! I have tried 2 and can't get anything out of them.LMao No jokes about sucking darn it all Im pissed !!! At least if they tasted bad to me I might be able to trade them but they are horrible !!!! Rob

The name of the manufacturer is Puros de Armando Ramos Cigars and is run by a guy by the name of Paul Magier. I had the same problem a couple of years ago and found an 800 number on a box of Pinar Habinetos. I called Paul and he ended up replacing the cigars and sent a few bonus sticks as well. He stands behind his product, the problem is I misplaced his card so I don't have the number to give you. If I find it I will post my e-mail address so you can get it. I would also call customer service at Cigarbid and ask to have the remaning smokes replaced, I have never heard a no from the customer service here. (world class)!!!
