Is there a relation between dunhill and davidoff? If not, who was here first, and why hasnt there been trademark infringment suits?

Not sure what you're referring to, but Zino Davidoff in his book makes it clear that he doesn't see eye to eye with Dunhill. This was back in '69 though.

redsquid thanks for the info. The reason I am asking is because of the striking resemblence of a dunhill wrapper I had the other day (the worste cigar I have ever had.. a mix between old tea leaves, and I swear I tasted shrimp) to that of the davidoff. I have only had a little bit of law, but I do know that if you want to sell carbonated beverages, your can even resemble that of Coca Cola, not in colors, style.. etc.. So how can dunhill use the same blue color and script writing? Starts with a d even.. just curoius.. maybe it could be the coffee, it is 4:23 Am here...
