Now that I have seen some posts dating back to Pharo's time it got me thinking. How and when did you discover CBID?

For me it was at the big B&M cicagr bar in Orlando last July. Had a few BOTL tell me all about it and the rest was history.

I found it through a cigar website (not a competitor) that reviews cigars, (about 25 "top" cigars a day)...

BOTL were talking about not paying retail and something called CBid...

I "googled" it and ta da...here I am.

Well, Rocky handed me a smoke and I took it and thanked him. Then he said you know that Steve fella at cbid?

bdiddy,

Where do you live?

Nick Perdomo told me about it at a tasting at the "big store" location in Heathrow!

I looked on the internet........

I was looking for another source for a cigar I was smoking at the time. They carried it here. I clicked on the forum on accident once, and there were all these guys throwing their knowledge around. It was amazing. Then there's the jokes.

All of a sudden I wasn't watching tv.

I really do not remember, it has been so long ago...I think a friend told me about it.

The wonders of the world wide web, and an affinity of smoking cigars that I enjoy. I happened to find Cigar Bid, though I was apprehensive about bidding on cigars, thinking they might not be of the caliber of my local B&M. They proved me wrong 🙂

At cigarfest, someone told me that if I thought Cigar International had good deals, I should check out CBid. I have been hooked since. For over 20 years I just bought from the local B&M or when on Vacations. Long Live CBid.

Robert,

I live in northern New Jersey. I'm in sales so I travel. Remeber I called you last month when I was in Orlando to herf but the timing was not right.

I get to Orlando a few times a year and I always try to spend some time at that bar.

found out about it through a friend at a local cigar tasting event. he said he bids on cigars and accessories

and here i am today doing what he does.

I found it looking at a site that has 5000 cigar sites. That was 4/5 years ago I think.

I walked up to the Lost & Found conter at Woolworth's and told them I was looking for my marbles. They gave me this url and said "Check with Ram"

A pastor-friend pointed me here.

Google search for cigar auctions.
