I think it says PEL. It's PE something that looks like L. A pretty good smoke, but probably not worth whatever was paid for it, IMHO. But I feel that way about all the Habanos I have smoked, maybe excepting the Siglo VI, which is too expensive for me to do very often.

This brand was made mainly for the French market in 1970s. All its sizes tend to use light wrappers, a frequent preference in France. Cigars are of a nice taste, mid strength, solid in texture and good burning properties.
