wer #2
------------
Maduro robusto, 5.5 X about 50 ring, slightly box pressed.
Loose cap was slightly peeling on both but otherwise very good construction. A good firm draw but not too tight. Densely packed tobacco with a great pre-light aroma. Mild and smooth from the start with cedery/woody notes, seems to have some complexity. Burn becomes uneven by 1" with a mild-medium refined almost floral taste. Gray ash continues to be uneven at 1/2, had to keep working on it. Some cocoa and nutty/sweet notes all the way. Great rich taste with complexity of both taste and aroma. Aged tobacco?? This one is a keeper!

OK Bill, the envelope please!

Nice review Rick! You're in luck. This is the bargain cigar, El Mejor. They usually can be picked up here at cbid for just over a buck apiece.

Some folks don't like these at all, but I think they are a great deal. I had one with this mornings coffee in fact and was hoping you'd like it as much as I do.

This is the one I thought would be a Perdomo 2. It's almost exactly the way my torfectos come across. It's good to know though, I've been eyeing those Mejors, but couldn't quite bring myself to it.

Let those puppies sit for a while and they become a pretty good smoke for a buck a piece.
